Mandi + Marty had their wedding at Arcosanti, an incredibly unique location about an hour’s drive north of Phoenix. They planned the ceremony in less than two months – she DIY-ed a bouquet and flower crown, her mom made a cake – and they said their vows in a small grove of trees, with their closest family and friends standing in a circle around them. They realized it didn’t make sense to wait for someday when they would have more money or more time to plan the “perfect” wedding. And it reminded me — don’t we sometimes do that with our own lives? We think that we have to have it all together before we can truly experience life.
